Do you ship the product to my location?

We ship our crafts across the country. We have tied up with Fedex. If Fedex does not have service in your location we ship through either Firstflight or Speedpost.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually ship the product on the same day we receive the order. Hence you will receive your order within 3 working days. We ship the crafts directly from our warehouse unlike other marketplaces. Business days exclude public holidays and sundays. For customized orders and out of stock crafts we will notify you the delivery dates. 

How much do you charge for shipping?

Free shipping for all orders above Rs 99. 

Do you deliver to locations outside India?

Yes we have partnered with Fedex and UPS to deliver our products to International locations.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item from 48craft.com?

We are here to provide you a hassle free shopping. If the craft is damaged or defective by the time you receive your order we will replace your order for free within 13 days of receiving your shipment or refund your amount(excluding shipping costs). Simply drop an email to cs@48craft.com and we will take care of your order.

Packing

Is the Packing safe?

We aspire to have happy customers, so we walk the extra mile to ensure safe and secure delivery.

If the product is damaged during the transit we will replace your order or refund your amount.

For Crafts

·         We use a carton box which is “140 GSM” density, one of the thickest you may have seen.

·         We fill the base of the box with shredded paper.

·         We roll the craft with paper and bubble sheet.

·         We then place this in the carton box and cover it completely with shredded paper.

·         After several trial experiments, we can assure you that the craft will not damaged in the transit. If by any chance it is damaged we send you a new one or refund your order amount.

For Paintings

·         We use a carton box which is “140 GSM” density, one of the thickest you may have seen.

·         We fill the base of the box with a 1 inch, 20 KGSM density, hard Thermocole sheet.

·         We cover the painting with paper and Bubble sheets.

·         The edges of the painting are fitted with thermocole fixtures designed to absorb shock and prevent movement.

·         We place a similar thermocole sheet on the top of the painting.

·         After several trial experiments, we can assure you that the painting will not damaged in the transit. If by any chance it is damaged we send you a new one or refund your order amount.
