How much are the shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 99. Otherwise Rs.40 is charged as shipping charges.
Is the shipping safe?
We have walked the extra mile to provide the best packaging, if the product is damaged during shipping you can claim a refund or ask for replacement. We will do it right away.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Assured delivery within 1-3 days. Usually for Metros and other Cities it takes less than 48 hours. We ship crafts directly from our warehouse so we ensure delivery in time. Business days exclude public holidays and sundays. For customized orders and out of stock crafts we will notify you the delivery dates. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
How will the delivery be done?
We have partnered with First flight & Aramex in delivering your orders.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
You pay for what you see. There are no extra taxes, any hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the site is the final price. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Do you deliver to locations outside India?
Currently, we do not deliver to locations outside India. However we are planning to launch delivery outside India soon.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at 48craft.com is 100% safe. Security is Verisign approved. Payments are processed through CCAvenue, the largest payment gateway processing company in India.
CCAvenue uses the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card information. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Furthermore, CCAvenue also asks you to enter the CVV (Credit Verification Value) number on your credit card. This is a 3 digit number which follows your credit card number and is given at the back of the card to ensure that the person entering the card number has the physical plastic card with him/her.
You can be assured that 48craft.com offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the Net so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.
Does 48craft.com store my credit card infomation?
48craft.com does not collect or store your credit card/bank account information at all. CC Avenue authorizes the transaction directly without any information passing through us.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from 48craft.com. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
* Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate ie. account details, billing address, password(in case net banking)
* Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 24 hrs. You can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number or email on care@48craft.com for any clarifications.
Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery option of payment.
Cancellations & Returns
What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item from 48craft.com?
We are here to provide you a hassle free shopping. If the craft is damaged or defective by the time you receive your order we will replace your order for free within 13 days of receiving your shipment or refund your amount(excluding shipping costs). Simply drop an email to care@48craft.com and we will take care of your order.
How do I Cancel an Order? Or how can I return a product ordered on 48craft.com?
For outright Cancellations by you:
If you Cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
2. If you've received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy.
Within 13 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

What do the different order status mean ?
Payment Pending: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Payment Authorized, Order under Processing : We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
Order Shipped : Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Order Cancelled : The order was cancelled.
When and how can I cancel an order ?
You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order shipped" state. You can do so by sending us an email care@48craft.com with the order number.
